CoParent Expenses is a co-parenting expense tracking application that allows separated and divorced parents to log, split, and manage shared child expenses. The service includes expense tracking, receipt uploads, approval workflows, reimbursement tracking, and report generation.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose of tracking shared child expenses.

CoParent Expenses offers a free trial, followed by monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Your trial lasts 7 days and does not require a credit card. If you choose a paid plan, you will be billed at the current rate until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
You own the expense data you enter into the service. CoParent Expenses stores this data to provide the service to you and your co-parent. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
CoParent Expenses is a tool for tracking and organizing shared expenses. The reports generated by the service are provided for your own records and convenience. We do not guarantee that any report will be accepted by a court, mediator, or legal authority. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.
We strive to keep the service available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from factors beyond our control.
CoParent Expenses is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
